DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

Please inspect the product upon arrival to ensure it is the correct item and free from any defects.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return, provided the issue is reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Muhtarma does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for purchased items.

If you paid via Debit/Credit Card, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

The order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, valid for future purchases within 60 days.
REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must send the parcel back to us via any courier service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Items without original hang tags will not be eligible for a refund.

Important: If you do not contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, no refund or exchange will be processed.
SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, reported within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached and in unused condition.

Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to return the item yourself, you will need to cover the courier charges.

The complete exchange process may take 15–20 days.
