DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

  • Please inspect the product upon arrival to ensure it is the correct item and free from any defects.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return, provided the issue is reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Muhtarma does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for purchased items.

  • If you paid via Debit/Credit Card, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • The order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, valid for future purchases within 60 days.

REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must send the parcel back to us via any courier service.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Items without original hang tags will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Important: If you do not contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, no refund or exchange will be processed.

SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, reported within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached and in unused condition.

  • Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you choose to return the item yourself, you will need to cover the courier charges.

  • The complete exchange process may take 15–20 days.
